With over 16 years of experience in Beauty and Holistic Therapy, along with BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees in International Spa Management, I have dedicated my career to both practicing and educating in the field. My time lecturing in Further and Higher Education has reinforced my commitment to ensuring future therapists build a strong foundation to uphold the high standards of care I provide to my own clients.
I am a qualified reflexologist and sports massage therapist, but my true passion lies in massage and holistic therapies, particularly K.O.R.E. Therapy. Having trained under Dr. John Brazier, the founder of K.O.R.E., I specialize in identifying the root cause of pain and discomfort and applying targeted treatments to alleviate symptoms and restore balance.
My goal is to help you move freely, live without pain, reduce emotional distress, and minimize reliance on medications. Using a diverse range of therapies, I tailor treatments to relieve pain, stress, and discomfort while improving flexibility and overall well-being.
What to Expect:
During our initial consultation, I will take a detailed medical history and perform non-invasive assessments to identify the root cause of your symptoms. From there, we will create a personalized treatment plan designed to meet your unique needs and goals.
